These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastVPN application ("App") operated by Mars Privacy Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

FastVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service for iOS devices. The App encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to help protect your online privacy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using FastVPN, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FastVPN for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mars Privacy Inc and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Privacy Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mars Privacy Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
